He holds multiple professional accountancy qualifications, including a BA (Hons) in Accountancy and an MSc in Finance.
With extensive expertise in financial and general business management, David specialises in developing and implementing accounting and financial processes, with a strong passion for driving business growth.
Throughout his career, David has gained valuable experience across diverse industries, including Technology, Recruitment, Dentistry, Marketing, PR, Travel and Tourism, Publishing, Security, and Construction, among others.
Russell Marke
Partner
Russell Marke FCCA, a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant, has built a distinguished career primarily within the UK music industry, holding senior financial and management roles at many of the country’s leading record labels, including Motown, Island, London, Universal, and music publishing companies such as BMG. His experience also extends to distribution and merchandising.
Russell’s expertise in handling complex accounting matters within the music industry—such as royalties and copyrights, joint ventures, and distribution agreements—has provided him with a deep understanding of diverse company requirements, from small businesses to multinational corporations.
In recent years, Russell has been instrumental in supporting several start-up companies, assisting with securing funding and guiding them through successful growth to exit stages.
Dean Marke

Dean Marke FCCA, a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant, has extensive experience working with a range of media companies, from start-ups such as Player X to multinational corporations like Electronic Arts.
Originally from London, Dean has also lived and worked in Sydney, Australia, and has managed financial operations for companies across various countries, including South Africa and Singapore.
His expertise in complex accounting practices and compliance regulations has been critical to achieving success within these organisations.
